The special device for reading "talking books" on flash cards is designed to play "talking books" recorded in a special crypto-protected format provided for by the list of formats intended exclusively for use by the blind and visually impaired, approved by Decree of the Government of the Russian Federation No. 32 of 23 January 2016. The device is designed to reproduce "talking books" of the DAISY international format, audio files, electronic files and electronic texts from the collections of the Russian State Library for the Blind, special libraries and schools for the blind.
