Special Milling Machine FB-126 for Comprehensive Processing of Spring Beams

The machine is designed for complex processing of the superstructure after surfacing during depot repair of the bogie of freight wagons models 18-100, 18-578, 18-194-1. The machine for one installation of the spider beam provides consecutive machining of: <ul> <li>- thrust bearing profile;</li> <li>kingpin bore;</li> <li>4 centring grooves (inclined surfaces);</li> <li>2 slides (bogie 18-100).</li> </ul>Machining of the thrust bearing profile is performed by milling blocks installed in the universal 4-spindle attachment and providing the drawing dimensions of the thrust bearing. The kingpin bore is machined with a countersink. Inclined surfaces and slides are machined sequentially with an end mill.
