Bar spring terminal

The spring bar terminal is designed for fastening rails to metal pads in separate fastenings of KB, KD type and switches used on the railways of JSC "Russian Railways". The terminal meets the requirements of technical specifications TU 25.94.12.142-003-78969127-2020 and drawing OP 105. It is produced by bending method, subjected to heat treatment according to the manufacturer's regime.

The product is made of hot-rolled bars with diameter 13mm from steel 40C2 according to TU 14-101-481 and hot-rolled round bars with diameter 13mm from spring steel grade 38Si7 according to DIN EN 10089.
