The dust collection unit consists of a frame structure mounted on supports, on which a metal insulated casing is mounted, inside which filters are installed to collect dust that is discharged from the filters during the cleaning process, a horizontal auger to carry the dust to silos or directly to the plant and cleaning mechanisms. An exhaust fan is used to speed up the ventilation/suction of gases from the burner, pipework and dust collector into the exhaust pipe. This filtering system reduces dust emissions by 99%. It is part of the STANVER "FLOW" asphalt concrete plant.
