Surface Preparation Chemical Treatment Unit for Effective Material Pre-Treatment

A unit of chemical surface preparation (ACSP) is understood as a set of equipment used for pre-treatment of material before painting. It performs washing, degreasing and formation of an even conversion layer of insoluble substances. The unit also includes devices for the utilisation of waste from the working process. In addition, AHPPs are necessarily equipped with exhaust ventilation to purify the exhaust air from toxic substances.
