Description

Technological equipment is designed for finishing (lapping) of sealing surfaces of pipeline valves on machines of drilling group. Worked products: bodies of wedge gate valves, valve bodies (valves), wedges of gate valves, spools of valves (valves), bodies and wedges of gate valves. The tooling is fixed on the table of the drilling machine type 25H135. The workpiece is fixed in the tooling by means of clamps. High quality of machining is achieved by a complex plane-parallel movement of cast iron jigs relative to the machined surface of the workpiece. The set of delivery of the tooling includes replaceable lappers.
