Thyristor Contactor for Remote Control in AC Circuits up to 1000V

Tyristor contactors (TC) designed for remote control of equipment in AC circuits up to voltage 1000V and frequency 50Hz. 1.at switching on and off there is no electric arc (the main disadvantage of conventional contactors), in consequence of the fact that TC is an electronic circuit, the main element of which is a thyristor; 2.no moving parts and, as a consequence, the service life increases several times; 3.noise level at work of TC is practically equal to zero, unlike usual contactors, due to design features of the latter; 4.operation, both in long-term and repeated-short-term modes with practically unlimited frequency of switching on and off; 5.simplicity in maintenance: any element of TC can be replaced on site (without removing TC) practically in a few minutes; if necessary, it is easy to convert TC for current of other nominal value - it is enough to replace thyristors.
