PSBTR3-10L-R0.05 TiAlN Mini-cutter for longitudinal

The PSBTR carbide mini-cutters are designed for longitudinal machining of metal workpieces. The material for boring of which the tool is used is steel of various grades, including stainless alloys. Boring tools of this brand allow to work with holes from 1 mm in diameter (depends on the model of cutter).

The design of the whole model range of cutters assumes operation without coolant supply to the place of metal processing. Typical parameters: Angle at the blade - 80. Apex radius - from 0 mm to 0.4 mm.

Total length of the cutter - 50 mm. Coating of the working part - PVD. The coating increases resistance to wear, increases the heat resistance of the tool, increases its service life even under intensive use, including conditions of high humidity.

Thanks to the coating, the cutters in this series can be used for long periods of time without forced temperature reduction. The production cycle is shortened and the machining equipment receives an increased service life, thus reducing the cost of production.
