Tool Grinder for Cutter Knives and Meat Grinders B-600 - Enhance Cutting Performance

The machine is designed for sharpening cutter knives, grates, meat grinder knives, disc knives, hand knives. The knife changer removes the knife from the knife storage, moves the knife to the sharpening position and starts the sharpening programme. When the sharpening process is complete, the knife changer returns the finished cutter knife back into the knife storage and removes the next knife. The capacity of the machine is approximately 80 cutter knives per 8-hour shift. With each subsequent sharpening, the entire cutting profile of the knife is machined. A minimum amount of material is removed from the knife.
