Transmission Assembly Durability Testing Stand for Mechanical Strength (TU 26.51.62-002-07549210-2024)

The stand is designed to perform tests on mechanical strength of transmission units. Principle of operation of the stand: - driving shafts of the transfer box are loaded with a given speed of rotation by a certain moment; - loading of shafts is achieved by the difference of moments applied to the drive flange in relation to the hub; - change of the speed of rotation of the drive flange of the box is regulated by changing the transmission ratio on the belt drive unit. Climatic design of the stand is U1 according to GOST 15150. The stand is designed for operation in a closed room at ambient air temperature from plus 5 to plus 35 C and relative humidity from 30 to 70% (in the absence of condensation). The environment is non-explosive, not containing significant amounts of aggressive gases and vapours in concentrations destructive to metals and insulation, not saturated with conductive dust and water vapours.
