The design of the UL series AM ultrasonic line is a line consisting of several stainless steel enclosures with a control panel on the front. The equipment is mounted on height-adjustable vibration supports. The hinged heat and noise insulated lids are equipped with gas lifts for operator's convenience. The working tanks of the line contain immersed ultrasonic emitters, immersed heaters, overflow pockets, float level sensor and temperature sensor. All elements in contact with the detergent are made of stainless steel or materials inert to the chemical action of the solutions.
