Description

Composition of the version:PM - drive mechanism MM - preparation of minced meat and fish. Productivity technical - 250kg/h. The outer diameter of the grids - 82mm.

Diameter of holes of knife grids - 5; 9 mm. MO - mechanism vegetable-cutting and rubbing. Cutting of raw vegetables and chopping of cabbage; cutting of cooked vegetables; wiping of cooked vegetables, fruits and cottage cheese.

Number of working discs - 6 pcs. Cutting vegetables 200-350 kg/hour, mashed potatoes rubbing 600 kg/hour. VM - mechanism for whipping and mixing.

Whipping of confectionery mixtures; kneading of liquid dough; whipping of mashed potatoes, mousse and sambuca; mixing of minced meat and cottage cheese. The volume of the tank is 25 litres. P-01 - stand.
