Ural-20R Roadheader and Cleaning Combine for Potash Extraction

The Ural-20R roadheader is designed for use in chamber cleaning operations and for sinking oval-arched excavations in potash ore beds at dip angles of up to 12. The planetary-disc actuator of the combine is equipped with four cutting discs and two central rotary drills, which effectively destroy the face.The combine is equipped with an effective dust protection system including a shield with an elastic seal on the contour of the excavation and a dust-collecting unit with a centrifugal fan. The combine is equipped with an autonomous cabin protecting the operator from dust, noise and vibration, as well as from possible ingress of pieces of ore. The combine's crawler has manoeuvring and working modes with stepless adjustment of the feed rate to the face.
