Ural-Master 500 Rectifier for Efficient MIG Welding Applications

Rectifier URAL-Master 500 (02) is designed for direct current supply of one station for mechanised welding with solid section wire and flux-cored wire in shielding gas, as well as self-shielded flux-cored wire, manual arc welding with electrode with any type of coating, manual argon-arc welding with non-melting electrode with contact arc ignition.

The rectifier provides:

indication of welding parameters on the digital display;
clear stabilisation of the set welding parameters;
automatic protection against overheating;
monitoring and error indication of emergency situations in which the rectifier operation is automatically blocked;
auto-saving of welding parameters in case of inverter power failure;
connection and operation control of BO-02 torch liquid cooling unit.
During manual arc welding:
