The equipment consists of the following units: heating chamber, power transformer, vacuum system, water cooling system, process control cabinet. with two lids adjustable in two planes, in which the heating block with heaters and screen heat insulation is installed. The case and covers are made with double walls and are cooled by running water. Viewing windows are provided, allowing to observe the process of heat treatment.

One regulating and two control thermocouples BP (A-1) are provided for temperature measurement and regulation.
