The caloriser is designed for use as part of a vacuum evaporation plant and is intended for the formation of a vapour-liquid mixture in the process of thickening of food liquids at dairies and canneries, in various segments of the food industry, for example, for such products as purees, juices, milk and so on. Double-layer tank, stainless steel bowl made of AISI 304 stainless steel, stainless steel liner. The caloriser is equipped with the necessary technological connections and spigots, according to the customer's specifications
