Description

The evaporator is designed for use as part of a vacuum evaporator plant for separation of vapour and liquid in the process of thickening of food liquids at dairies and canneries, in various segments of the food industry, for example, for such products as purees, juices, milk and so on. The evaporator body is a vertical cylindrical vessel made of corrosion-resistant AISI 304 steel, covered on both sides with lids. The evaporator is mounted on supports welded to the casing shell. The evaporator is equipped with the necessary process fittings and connections according to the customer's specifications
