Description
The GAKS-UP type pressing machine is designed for pressing inlet valve parts in cold condition in semi-automatic cycle. Pressed parts are inlet valves for high-pressure fuel pumps of diesel engines. Pressing unit is a frame, inside of which there are: a chamber, in which inlet valves are directly pressed, pneumatic cylinder, air preparation unit. Pre-assembled inlet valve is installed in a special tooling in the chamber cavity. On the front panel of the unit there is a control panel. The pressing process is carried out in automatic mode.
