Vibrating Discharger and Sifter VRP-902 for Efficient Bulk Material Handling

Vibro Rasteriser-Sifter VRP-902 is designed to receive bulk products (e.g. flour, sugar, sunflower seed, etc.) from bags during rastering, as well as for their further sifting with removal of sifting and catching ferromagnetic impurities. It is possible to install it in existing flour supply lines to introduce tare flour storage along with bulk flour storage.

sieving of the product is carried out by vibrating the sieve with a vibrator. the sieved product is discharged downwards through a spigot for further transport by screw or vacuum transport. the capacity can be changed by adjusting the vibrator eccentricities, the sieve inclination angle and the sieve mesh size.

on the outlet pipe there is a magnetic catcher with neodymium magnets (48 pcs. in 4 rods) made of rare-earth metals, which are able to preserve their properties during the whole service life of the product.
