Description
Auxiliary equipment vibration control subsystem (hereinafter - subsystem, ACS DO) is designed for continuous stationary measurement, control, monitoring of vibration parameters and mechanical values of equipment.
VMS DO measures and monitors the following parameters:
- instantaneous and RMS value (RMS) of vibration velocity of bearing supports;
- rotor rotation frequency.
The RMS DO performs:
- calculation of additional parameters in real time;
- transfer of measured and calculated parameters via digital communication interfaces to the data acquisition server for archiving, vibroadjustment and vibrodiagnostics of the equipment;
- comparison of the parameter with the set levels and formation of discrete signals in case of their exceeding for realisation of protection of the controlled equipment against vibration exceeding the set level (alarm setpoints);
- signalling of exceeding the permissible vibration levels;
- generation of the unit speed reference pulse;
- transmission on request of measurements...
