VORTEXPROM CMD35 Cold Mixing System

The VORTEXPROM CMD35 unit is designed for implementation of patented technology of "cold" stream mixing of lubricating oils at large blending plants with the volume of tanks (reactors) from 5 m3 and more. The catalyst for the mixing process in the classical production of commercial lubricating oils is the temperature increase. In the reactor working zone of the VORTEXPROM CMD35, other processes take place that catalyse the mixing reaction. The main ones are: hydrodynamic cavitation, intensive grinding and mixing in the flow (where the contact area between the mixed components and base oils increases instantly), acoustic cavitation, creation of high local pressure on the material, local temperature increase when cavitation bubbles collapse, electromagnetic treatment.
