Vulkano Thermal Bunker for Efficient Asphalt Repair and Transport

Designed for preparation, heating, transportation and laying of cast asphalt concrete mixture according to GOST R 54401-2011. Cast asphalt concrete mixture can be prepared in a thermos hopper from semi-finished briquettes, primary materials (crushed stone, sand, bitumen, mineral powder) and asphalt granulate.The temperature of the mixture is maintained from +180C to +240C automatically by two diesel burners.The mixture is fed through a gate valve to the road section to be repaired.The tank has thermo-insulated walls. In the upper part there is a loading hatch and in the rear part there is a discharge window with a gate valve.

The paddle shaft is rotated by a hydraulic shovel. The thermos hopper is installed in the body of a tipper truck.
