Welding column SVK 1 (2x2 g/p 100 kg) with cabinet and control panel, not driven.

Description

Two-post welding column for mounting and moving welding heads, stripping and cutting tools. Welding columns are designed for fixing and moving heads for arc welding of straight and circular seams of vessels or pipes under submerged arc or shielded gas, as well as for welding of longitudinal seams. They can be used in conjunction with OVS or OVR roller supports, as well as with MC series manipulators and other types of positioners. Safety in use thanks to the double column beam, which eliminates counterweight, cable breakage, provides reliability and durability. Welding head, Welding source, Rail travelling system, including motorised and non-standard rail track, Rotation system around its own axis, including motorised, Tracking system - visual (video camera), laser and feedback (probe), Source pad, Flux collection system.
