IP 212-155 ARG-R8-D-PM has an optical smoke chamber (smoke channel) and responds to the controlled sign of fire (KPP) - products of combustion as an optical smoke detector. Sensitivity on the smoke channel IP 212-155 ARG-R8-D-PM is within the range of 0.05 to 0.2 dBm-1.
