Z-Shape Food Mixers for Quality Food Blending and Preparation (FZ Series)

Z-shaped minced meat mixers are designed for fast, gentle and high-quality mixing of various food products (minced meat, spices, kebabs, cottage cheese, salads, etc.) at food industry enterprises. Design features: The equipment is made entirely of AISI 304 stainless steel, the outer surface is additionally cold abrasive treated.

The control system of the mincing machine is based on a programmable controller and allows to realise various mixing cycles with change of speed and direction of rotation of kneading rollers in automatic mode. The agitator is controlled by the operator's touch panel. Protection on minced meat mixers is achieved by blocking the rotation of the shafts when the lid of the chamber is open and the protective cover of the discharge window is open.
