8-Strand Braided Polyamide Rope for Towing and Mooring Applications

Polyamide braided 8-strand rope is mostly used in towing (vehicles and ships), as well as widely used in shipbuilding and shipping as a mooring rope. The advantage of polyamide ropes is their high strength, increased resistance to abrasion, ability to elastic stretching under loads, resistance to alkali and rotting. They absorb moisture well, up to 40% of their own weight. Polyamide ropes are elastic, well springy, withstand strong jerks.
