Description

- Machines husking-grinding A1-AKZ and ZShN-3 is intended for husking of wheat at production of flour, husking and grinding at production of groats from wheat, barley peas and millet husking of barley used to produce mixed fodder. The principle of raw material processing in the machine is based on simultaneous friction of grain on rotating abrasive wheels and fixed perforated cylinder, as well as due to the friction of grain between themselves. Initial raw material (grain) to be processed, through the magnetic column and the receiving spigot enters the working cavity between the rotating abrasive wheels and fixed perforated cylinder, where, due to the intensive interaction during the advancement of the grain to the outlet spigot, there is a separation of the upper coverings of the grain (shells), the bulk of which is removed through the holes of the perforated cylinder and further through the fan - outside the machine.
