Description

The A4-165 collinear antenna is the result of careful computer calculation and practical adaptations of a lightweight design to incompatible parameters such as gain and broadband matching. Despite its low price, the antenna is characterised by a very wide operating bandwidth of 12 MHz and an increased gain of about 5 dBi. Thanks to the use of high-quality fibreglass tubes as a cover, the antenna has a rigid non-disassembled design, capable of providing lines of communication in any climatic conditions. The use of a cut-off cup in the design allowed to do without counterweights. Antenna can be effectively used not only with simplex stations, but also with duplex repeaters, for example, in a set with duplexers MDF1-6VH4.5/6.
