Description

Acti-Fine® plasma vacuum tubes contain heparin salts applied to the inner walls of the tube (heparin concentration 12-30 IU/1 ml blood).The use of heparin as an anticoagulant activates antithrombins, blocking the clotting cascade in the blood sample.The use of separating gel tubes is useful to ensure a stable barrier between the formate elements and plasma after centrifugation.The Acti-Fine® plasma tube is used for biochemical studies and rapid diagnostics, because there is no need to wait up to 30 minutes for clot formation.
