Additive for preparation of warm asphalt concrete

Amin additive for the preparation of warm asphalt concrete mixtures Azol 1006 is used to improve the adhesion of bitumen and polymer-bitumen binders to the mineral part and reduce the temperature of preparation and laying of asphalt concrete mixtures in road construction. It increases water resistance of asphalt concrete, slows down aging of binder and allows to reduce the temperature of preparation and laying of mixtures by 30-40°C without worsening the properties of road surface. Azol 1006 additive is a surfactant (surfactant) of amine type and a complex of special plasticising additives.

It improves adhesion of binder to both acidic and basic materials in asphalt concrete mixture. Thanks to its liquid form, Azol 1006 is easy to use and can be automatically dosed into bitumen. Azol 1006 belongs to low-hazardous substances (hazard class 4).
