Description
The Roman chair exercise is one of the most effective exercises for working out the rectus and oblique abdominal muscles. Unlike twisting, lifting the body on the Roman chair increases the amplitude by changing the angle of inclination of the bench. Adjustable leg rests ensure comfort for athletes of all heights. Adjustable inclination angle allows you to find the optimal load. The supporting structure is made of 60x80 mm profile, wall thickness 2 mm. The frame is powder coated.
