Adjustable Student Chair "Alter" for Comfortable Learning in Grades 3-5

The product is based on a strong frame made of steel pipe of flat-oval and square cross-section. The supporting part of the frame is made of a post with a cross-section of 40x20x1,5 mm, welded at an angle of 75 degrees to the supports made of profile pipe 25x25x2 mm. The upper, reciprocal part of the frame is made of a steel tube of flat-oval cross-section 45x25x1,5 mm.

The rigidity of the frame is ensured by a strong frame under the seat. The frame is painted with polyester powder paint. All ends of the frame pipes are covered with plastic plugs to avoid injury.

Seat height adjustment is telescopic, with a step of 40 mm. It is fixed with 4 ISO 7380 M6x16 screws. The height of the product is adjustable: 340-380-420 mm (3-4-5 height groups).

The backrest and seat are made of 9 mm thick birch plywood, lacquered. Dimensions of the backrest are 340x135 mm, of the seat - 340x340 mm. The seat has a squeeze and bend at the front edge, and the backrest is radiused with a lumbar bend at the bottom.
