Adjustable Student Chairs with Metal Frame Type II for Classroom Use

The chair has a metal frame made of steel pipe. The lower part of the frame in the form of two support elements and posts made of flat-oval tube with cross-section 49 mm 29 mm, wall thickness 1,9 mm. The props of the lower part are rigidly connected with each other by a lintel made of flat-oval tube of 39 mm19 mm cross-section, wall thickness 1,5 mm.

The length of the lintel is 325 mm. The upper posts are made of 39 mm19 mm flat-oval tube with a wall thickness of 1.5 mm. The base for the backrest and seat are made of steel pipe of square cross-section 20 mm 20 mm, wall thickness 1,5 mm.

For the stability of the structure, the vertical posts are placed in the centre of the base. The height of the vertical post is 270 mm. The frame is coated with polymer powder paint.

The support elements have plastic stopping plugs in Rall colour. The butt plugs are secured with a screw connection. Stopping plug dimensions: 704052 mm.
