Description

Made entirely of stainless steel AISI 430. Designed for additional air supply into the room and effective removal of excess heat, moisture, combustion products and improve microclimatic conditions in the working area of hot shops at catering enterprises. They are equipped with labyrinth type filters, grease trap and hermetic tray, where oil, grease, water from filters flows down.

The tray is equipped with a plastic outlet for draining oil, grease, water from the filter. They are delivered assembled. Umbrellas must be connected to a ventilation system with a remote fan.
