Airport Fire Truck AA-8.0/60-50/3(43118) for Aircraft Safety and Rescue Operations

Aerodrome fire fighting vehicle AA-8,0/60-50/3(43118) is designed for firefighting support of aircraft flights, including fire and rescue operations in case of aviation accidents on the territory and in the area of the aerodrome and serves for:
- delivery to the place of fire of combat crews, fire-fighting equipment and fire extinguishing agents;
- extinguishing fire centres with extinguishing agents;
supply of water and air-mechanical foam of low and medium multiplicity through pressure hoses, hand trunks and foam generators, manually operated gun barrel.
The vehicle is used as an independent combat unit with foam generator intake from a foam tank or a foreign container and water intake from a cistern, reservoir or water supply network.
