Calcium lanthanum lanthanum-titanate aluminate of ALTC-1 grade is used as the main crystalline phase in high-frequency radioceramics. The product is produced in accordance with technical conditions TU 2664-050-48591565-2016. The temperature coefficient of dielectric constant is 0±15 TKE?10-6 deg-1.

Dielectric constant (?) is not less than 35. Mass fraction of free lanthanum oxide (La2O3 free), 0.3 %, not more. Mass fraction of free calcium oxide (CaOsvob.), 0.6 %, not more.

Mass fraction of substances insoluble in hydrochloric acid, 2 %, not more. Specific surface (Sud,) 1500-4000 cm2/g. Mass fraction of magnetic impurities 0.002 %, not more.

ALTK is packed according to GOST 3885 in double film liner bags, enclosed in four-layer paper bituminised bags, weighing not more than 50 kg. Packing group: VI, VII.
