Asphalt Concrete Recycler for Mixing Mineral and Organic-Mineral Mixtures - Bastion-RAB

Recycler of asphalt concrete "Bastion-RAB" is designed for preparation in the process of mixing of mineral, organo-mineral mixtures with the possibility of heating by open flame burner. Crushed stone and gravel of rocks, crushed stone mixtures, gravel and crushed stone mixtures are used as mineral aggregate. Asphalt concrete granulate and asphalt concrete scrap up to 300mm in size may be used.

Bitumen and bituminous mastics are used as binders. It is allowed to use bitumen contained in roofing and waterproofing materials (roofing felt, roofing felt, roofing mastic). The machine allows to process old fractions of cast asphalt concrete pavement, heating of cold asphalt concrete raw material by the method of heating in the chamber of the machine.
