Asphalt Repair Trailer BCM-24.5 for Efficient Road Maintenance

Trailer for patching repair of asphalt concrete pavement BCM-24.5 (axle unit g / n 10 t in assembly with spring-balanced suspension, disc wheel 167.505.3101012-50, car tyre KAMA NT 202 215/75R17,5 135/133J) by pneumatic spraying is used for repair of potholes and cracks.It does not require preliminary preparation of asphalt concrete pavement, works can be carried out in unfavourable weather conditions. Bitumen emulsion is supplied due to overpressure in the vessel created by the compressor of the diesel engine. The crushed stone is fed by a blower, which is driven by a 4-cylinder liquid-cooled diesel engine MMZ.The emulsion tank is equipped with a wide loading hatch, which facilitates and accelerates loading of the material.

The tank is designed to process more than 15t of crushed stone - enough to carry out patching for a full working day.Flushing and cleaning of the spraying system is carried out with diesel fuel with subsequent disposal of cleaning products.
