Automated Block Gas Distribution Station "Saratov-M" for Measurement and Control

The Saratov-M automated block gas distribution station is a complex of technological equipment placed in block-containers. It is designed to measure parameters of natural gas coming from the main gas pipeline or gas pipeline outlet with input pressure from 1.8 to 5.4 MPa and temperature plus 5 degrees Celsius, before supplying to gas distribution networks, including reduction, purification, prevention of hydrate formation (heating), as well as measurement of gas flow rate to be accepted by the consumer at one outlet with nominal pressure of 1.2 MPa and temperature not lower than minus 10 degrees Celsius. Type of climatic execution according to GOST 15150-69 - U1.

Warranty period of operation - 18 months from the date of commissioning, but not more than 24 months from the date of delivery. Service life - 30 years on condition of timely replacement during operation of elements and components having less naturally limited service life and scheduled maintenance and repairs.
