Automated system for ensuring reliability and quality of equipment ASONIKA is designed to analyse and ensure the resistance of electronic equipment (EA) to complex thermal, mechanical, electromagnetic effects, to create maps of operating modes of electronic component base (ECB) and analysis of reliability indicators based on the results of complex EA modelling and automation of document flow during design. ASONIKA is a replacement of EA tests by computer modelling of external mechanical, thermal, electromagnetic and other influences before manufacturing. This is a significant saving of money and reduction of time for hardware development, while improving quality and reliability by reducing the number of tests.

The ASONIKA system consists of 13 subsystems: - ASONIKA-T: analysing and providing thermal characteristics of EA designs; <ul> <li>- ASONIKA-M: analysis of typical EA unit designs for mechanical effects;</li> <li>ASONIKA-M-Cabinet: analysis of typical EA cabinet and rack designs for mechanical effects;</li> <li>ASONIKA-M-3D: analyses and ensures mechanical resistance of arbitrary volumetric EA designs created in CAD-systems in IGES and STEP formats;</li> <li>ASONIKA-ID: identification of physical-mechanical and thermophysical parameters of EA models;</li> <li>ASONIKA-B: analysis and provision of mechanical resistance of EA structures mounted on vibration isolators;</li> <li>ASONIKA-TM: analysis of EA printed circuit designs for thermal and mechanical effects;</li> <li>ASONIKA-R: automated filling in of maps of operating modes of EA;</li> <li>ASONIKA-B: analysis of EA failure rates taking into account real modes of ECB operation;</li> <li>ASONIKA-UST: analysis of fatigue strength of printed circuit boards and ECB structures under mechanical effects;</li> <li>ASONIKA-EMS: analysis and provision of electromagnetic compatibility of EA;</li> <li>ASONIKA-BD: reference database of ECB and materials on geometric, physical-mechanical, thermophysical, electrical and reliability parameters necessary for modelling of thermal, mechanical, electromagnetic effects, creation of maps of ECB operating modes and analysis of reliability indicators;</li> <li>ASONIKA-UM: management of EA modelling during design.</li> </ul>In accordance with the Order of the Ministry of Communications of Russia No. 455 dated 22.09.2016, information about ASONIKA software is included in the unified register of Russian software for electronic computers and databases. The ASONIKA system, according to the military guideline document, is the only system recommended by the 22 TsNIIII of the Ministry of Defence of the Russian Federation as an alternative to full-scale testing of EA and EKB prototypes at the early stages of design. The ASONIKA system is the only simulation system certified by the Russian Ministry of Defence. There are no direct analogues of the ASONIKA system for EA both in Russia and abroad.
