Automated Storage System ARSENAL AS/RS for Efficient Material Handling

For storage of inventory with different sizes and weights, in large quantities, with moderate productivity, it is advisable to use a racking system equipped with an automatic stacker ARSENAL AS/RS. This system allows you to store a large number of inventory items of different articles. It is a shelving structure along which the stacker moves on a rail track.

The rail track is two rail "threads" located in the centre between the racks: one on the floor and the other above the top mark of the rack. These rails hold the stacker in place during operation. The stacker is equipped with double-sided telescopic forks or chain-type extractors and can handle both individually stored loads and cassettes with loads, as well as deep racks (up to two boxes in a cell).
