Description
Filling machine for filling non-carbonated liquids: milk, kefir, sour cream, produced by tank method, juices, etc.- into polyethylene bags. Packaging material: polyethylene food film in a roll for the dairy industry, approved for use for contact with food products by the Ministry of Health of the Russian Federation.
The automatic machine is equipped with pneumatic automatics of FESTO and Camozzi companies, at the customer's request it can be additionally equipped with a bag and box conveyor.
Type of dispenser: vertical, single-line batch machine. Dispenser type: liquid. Dispensing method: volumetric. Technological operations performed by the dispenser:
Bactericidal treatment of film. Forming of bags from the film. Date stamping on the film (up to eight characters). Filling the pouches with product. Removal of air from the bags (vacuum). Cutting off the bags.
