Station of automatic reinforced drainage pulse SAUD-I, specialised for operation in systems of electrochemical protection of underground metal structures from corrosion caused by stray currents. The protection is provided by the diversion of stray currents from the underground metal object through the station to the negative busbar of the traction substation of a tram or electrified railway, which are powerful sources of stray currents.
