Autonomous heat source AIST 7 hours is designed for use as a heating element - insert in gloves, inner pockets of overalls in order to: <ul> <li>- local heating and prevention of hypothermia when working in the cold;</li> <li>increasing the time of staying in the cold;</li> <li>extending the temperature range of overalls.</li> </ul>The autonomous heat source is a thermochemical disposable heating element placed in an individual hermetic polymer package to prevent unauthorised activation during storage. The heating element is a shell made of soft gas-permeable cloth, inside of which a heat-producing mixture is placed. Composition of the fuel mixture: iron powder, water, activated carbon, natural minerals.
