Auxiliary Generator VT-6000-2U3 for Reliable Turbo Generator Functionality

The VT-6000-2U3 exciter is designed to work as an auxiliary generator in thyristor system of independent excitation of synchronous three-phase turbogenerator of TVV-800-2EU3 type and is a component part. The exciter is directly connected to the turbine generator shaft. The exciter is designed for domestic and export deliveries.

The exciter must withstand seismic impact not less than 7 points on MSK-64 scale. The warranty period is 24 months from the date of signing the Act of comprehensive testing, but not more than 36 months from the date of delivery. Service life of the exciter - 40 years if the requirements of the operating documentation, frequency and scope of scheduled repairs, as well as maintenance are met.

Availability factor is not less than 0.995. Average MTBF is not less than 18000 hours.
