Botwater crushers are designed for shredding potato haulm and moving the shredded mass into the inter-row. They are used on potato plantings with ridges formed by the ridge former KGP 4, Ixion or other machines forming ridges with similar parameters. The distance between the ridges in the standard configuration is 90 cm.

Botwaters are used in all soil and climatic zones where potatoes and vegetable crops are cultivated. They are designed to work on flat areas and slopes up to 8 degrees. Botvodrobilers are mounted implements and are coupled with tractors of traction classes 1,4-2,0 with a power of not less than 65 h.p., equipped with an independent power take-off shaft (PTO).

They can be mounted both on the rear and front three-point linkage of the tractor.
