Ball Valves DN up to 1000 PN up to 16.0 MPa for Gas Pipeline Applications

These valves are used as shut-off devices on the linear part of main gas pipelines, technological connections of compressor and gas distribution stations, gas production, processing and storage facilities with high content of methanol in the presence of water and abrasive particles, with the temperature of working environment from -60°C to +80°C.
Sealing of the gate is made according to the scheme "elastomer-metal" with the use of sealing materials resistant to the long-term effect of methanol; high tightness of the gate is ensured by constant compression of both seats to the plug; the design of the gate assembly provides the function of DBB (double blocking), as well as the function of DPE; plug-in-bearing design with metal-fluoroplastic bearings for easy valve operation; non-ejected spindle with locking ring securing it against ejection in the valve body; fire-resistant design; reinforced flange-to-body mounting.
