The Cathy No. 4 Coronary Angioplasty Balloon Catheter is designed for temporary insertion into a coronary artery for dilation during coronary angioplasty. Restoration of blood flow can be achieved by inflating the balloon.

Patients contemplating coronary balloon angioplasty should be acceptable candidates (with indications and no contraindications) for such a procedure. Design Features Benefit: Balloon Pressure - Nominal inflation pressure: 900 kPa (9 bar). Nominal burst pressure: 1600 kPa (16 bar).
