Area of navigation: sea areas or inland water basins with wave height of one per cent security up to 2 metres with remoteness from places of refuge or shore up to 12 nautical miles. The boat is operated within the continuous coverage area of the system of coastal VHF radio-telephone stations or in the water area of a port or roadstead.
