Bucket (burrow) elevator type NM-10

Elevators bucket (elevators) NM-10 (hereinafter referred to as elevators), are designed for vertical movement of grain and grinding products at mills, grits plants, feed mills, etc. The principle of operation of elevators is as follows. Grain enters the elevator shoe through the loading sock.

The drive through the clutch rotates the drive drum and sets in motion the belt with buckets fixed on it. As the buckets pass around the drum of the shoe, they are loaded and lifted to the elevator head, where they are unloaded into the discharge spigot under the action of centrifugal force. The elevator is a continuous transport machine with a flexible traction organ in the form of a belt (belt) and consists of: head; shoe; receiving sock; drive; smooth elevator pipe; combined elevator pipe; belt; buckets.
